Arrivals and collections are on weekday evenings and on weekends. Alternative times by prior appointment.

All pets are boarded on a 2 night minimum with a £20 deposit to secure your booking. Any over-payments will be returned on collection of your pet. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 21 days notice, due to not being able to re-board your hutch.

• No license is required to board small animals, unlike dog and cat kennels. All animals are left at their owner’s risk.

• Button Boarding are released of any and all such liabilities from accident, injury, theft and death. Public liability and all other insurances for the pet are the owners responsibility whilst visiting and boarding with us. 

• Any pets not collected within 3 days of the date of collection, without prior discussion with Button Boarding, will be re-homed at our discretion. Every effort to communicate with the owner will be made and recorded. The full invoice amount will still be payable and legal advice maybe sort.

• Rates includes the day your pet is brought to us and the day he/she leaves.
